Subscriptions
Parties under the Studio and Enterprise subscriptions will be subscribed on a monthly basis. The subscription will be generated through Stripe payments and will recur monthly.
If the monthly subscription fee is not paid the parties’ account will be changed to a Free subscription and all invoices will need to be paid before production will continue.
Invoices
Parties under the Free subscription will need to pay on a per order basis. Orders will only go into production once the invoice is paid. Parties under the Studio and Enterprise subscriptions will be sent a monthly invoice for the orders created in that month.
Monthly invoices have a payment term of 14 days and have a late fee of 1.5% for every 14 days after the due date.
